3. Movies are due back by midnite the next day. You understand and agree that your credit card will be charged an additional period fee, as displayed on the kiosk screen, for each additional period you keep the DVD product beyond the return time up to a Maximum Replacement Cost.

4. You have up to 10 days to return your movie. If you do not return the movie, the credit card that you rented the movie with will be automatically charged $19.99 plus tax on the 10th day the movie is checked out. Once the Maximum Replacement cost has been applied to your credit card, you have purchased the DVD, Video Game or other product and do not need to return it. If you return the DVD, Video Game, or other product after the Maximum Replacement Cost has been applied, you agree and understand that no refund will be issued, but that we will mail that product to you upon written request and payment of delivery charges.

5. If the DVD, Video Game or other product is returned Damaged, without the original box or other product or information included in the box you understand and agree that your Payment Card will be assessed additional charges up to the Maximum Replacement Cost of that DVD, Video Game or other product.
